I can tell you right now, the only way that will be achieved is by starting goal writing. I started with a composition book from the dollar store. This booked stored my deepest secret and passions. I was able to dream BIG without anyone knowing. I wrote down where I wanted to go. Then backed up each goal with the necessary steps I needed to take to get there.
