WHAT IS MY PERSONALITY TEST RESULTS?
I was first introduced to the personality test at my job. It was an awesome experience! In addition, it was a great way for me to understand how my co-workers think, felt and prioritize their information.
The personality test identified that I am an “iS” which mean I fall in the “I” group but closer to the “S” line. This definitely made sense to me. In fact, while I was reading my description it became clear how important knowing this information is. Besides, I didn’t realize how useful the assessment test would be in my personal life and work life.
If you don’t know already, I am very sociable and friendly so I enjoy eating lunch in the breakroom or visiting others in their office. If a co- worker looked overwhelmed or expressed that they needed help, then I have no issue with jumping in to help them.
It stated that I am very optimistic which made complete sense why I live by the motto Life is what you make it. And it’s important to put positive energy out into the universe.
I am still working on my weakness. For example, I don’t handle criticism well, I would not speak up if it would hurt someone else feeling, I trust people easily, don’t like being left out of family or friends functions. I also take things way to personal and can be easily emotionally broken.
WHAT WERE MY RESULTS?!
“ because you are an “iS”, Darla you are a warm and social person”
“tend to view everyone as a potential friend”
“ value personal connection and when someone has a problem you over commit yourself”
“encourage others to share their feelings and sympathize when they are struggling and celebrate during finest moments”
“ get yourself into trouble by trusting people who don’t deserve it”
“ people see you as naïve”
“want everyone to be happy and see people succeed”
“ if a conflict involves you personally, you may take a more indirect approach and refuse to deal with negative information even when it’s important to do so”
“allow situations to drag on without resolution”
Yup seemed about right to me, this personality test knows me so well. I feel naked.
There are plenty of free personality test online, but this one did not require you to sign up or enter an email. I took this one too just to see if it gave me the same results and it did. The explanation was great and a more comprehensive test is a fee. Take the test here.
If only I stop seeing letter around me. Oh… he must be a “D”, that is definitely an “I” personality, ….yup i figured you were a S.
Let me know your results! Obviously, I would love to hear and help where I can.
