The Law of Attraction is a spiritual law that has been around for centuries and it’s based on the idea that we attract into our lives what we think about.
It says that whatever you focus your thoughts and emotions on, you end up attracting more of those things to yourself.
The Law of Attraction is also referred as “The Secret” because many people have used this law to bring positive changes in their life with just by thinking about them.

Law of Attraction- what does it mean?
I first read about the Secret in a book and then saw it on Netflix.
The theory is simple; you should not question where your blessings come from because they might be right around the corner!
For me, this was an eye-opening experience since I have never thought before of all these opportunities that could materialize out of thin air if we simply stopped thinking so hard (or asking for them).
For example if you are asking for 500 dollars but receive credits from an overpayment on your bill or money sent by mail – this is because we should always be grateful with what comes into our lives without question; even if they’re unexpected surprises.
Is the law of attracting real?
Yes, the law of attraction is real. It has scientific proof to back up the theroy.
I mean granted the book and the practice is controversial.
Many believe the law of attraction is made up Ryan Gosling states he “think the ‘Law of Attraction comes from a rich, white privileged perspective.”
I would say its up to you to decide. But, since you are here I assume you already know,
I believe because of my past life’s experiences. I read the Secret, practiced it, and practiced being open to receiving anything that came my way, which it did!
How does the law of attraction work?
“Like attracts like.”
“The law of attraction is a principle that says like will always attract more of the same,”
Things that vibrate on low frequency are
If you are feeling distant from your emotions, it can be because of a low vibrational frequency. t]Thhings that resonate at this level will make us feel more numb and detach ourselves mentally in order to avoid pain or discomfort.
You might even complain about little things and dewl on the negative events,
- You feel emotionally distant
- Feeling stuck in life and not know what to do next
- Make poor choices
- Don’t trust
- Feel angry
- Complain a lot
- Struggle with feeling grateful

High-Frequency things are
We all have the power to change our minds, and that’s why practicing high-frequency things are important. If you’re feeling grateful for something or someone in your life then there is nothing stopping from being happy . It sounds easy but sometimes we need reminders of this because it can be hard work!
Being self-aware (knowing your thoughts, words and actions) will also help with the state of mind that leads into being optimistic too!

I never said Law of attraction was easy. If it was then everyone would be happy.
But, for myself, I believe there has to be a way and I was willing to take the chance.
So when I started, I asked myself, “what I had to do to get where I need to be”
While I started out in a unfortunate situation, I knew many of things had to change . This is because when you’re poor and on government assistance with an below average outlook for success , you want to give up-but don’t give up! There are still opportunities waiting to happen all around you only if your willing make some changes within yourselves first- which will ultimately lead you down the path of happiness

Things I have manifested
True story, I manifest a truck. I know I wanted a truck because my Honda Civic was too small for my family of five.
Not only did I get an Arcadia truck, but it was no payment!
How, you wonder?
Here are the deets: I focused on a truck and added it to my vision board. Then, I told myself that I would get a car in a year. The belief was there, but I had no idea how I would acquire such an item. But, I was hopeful.
Then one day, my dad called out the blue and asked if I wanted his old truck. Apparently, he had just brought a minivan and no longer had use for it because it was too small for his family of 7!
I was completely shocked. I have used it before, but still, I couldn’t;t believe i manifested a car within a few months.
Other things I have manifested.
- My daughter- for years, we struggled with having a second child. I was tired. I tried everything from tempting, mucus checking, pineapples, etc. Finally, I decided to focus on the positive and what I wanted. I picked up a book and drew her out to detail. Then I also drew images of my perfect family. Finally I prayed or visualized holding and kissing a baby girl. Then boom two months later, I was finally pregnant.
- A family Disney Vacation– add thing to my vision board
- Money to pay off debt
- Blog revenue from vision board and screen saveres on my phone of medavine
- and so much more I don’t want to bore you
- Becoming Debt free– added to vision board.
There are plenty of success stories explaining how their life dramatically changed using the law of attraction.

What do you want in life?
Many people start throwing out ideas of what they think they want, and when it manifests itself, they are not satisfied.
The reason people were not satisfied with the result is because they lacked a clear goal. What’s more, their goals seemed to conflict; for example attending college when you don’t believe in it or getting a job that does not align with your beliefs can cause frustration.
People often times have an idea of what success looks like on paper but don’t know how to achieve these things within themselves.
Instead they define success off of other peoples ideas. For example, they look to society and parents for the answers. In turn, feel pressured into thinking one way and never looking inward for the answers
You can’t truly understand your desires or take the best care of yourself without first understanding what you want.

For example, you buy your kid’s toys, gameskid’snes, and everything they ask for. If eventually, you realize they are not taking care of it, appreciating in or respecting it, then why in the world would you give them more.
It’s the same way with the universe.
If you can’t appreciate the things you have, then why would you expect more?

A gratitude list is a great way to list the things you appreciate. Here are a couple of ways to do this:
- You can either get a journal and free right all the things you are thankful for on one massive list that you can go back to.
- Then there can be a list that you can create every morning or night that you are thankful for at the moment.
- Find a gratitude journal prompts to help you when your stuck
Reviewing your gratitude list is a great way to keep or enter into the high vibration level.
3. Repeat Affirmations & Positive Self Talk
Keep positive affirmations somewhere that it’s constantly visable.
By seeing positive words of affirmation daily, you are subconsciously changing your belief structure and rewriting the beliefs that were installed in you while you were growing up.
Girl you are basically, reinventing yourself and the story you created.
I understand some of us are combating some real hurtful beliefs. We are trying to work on yourself and push ourselves but then the inner critic that pops up to make us feel that we
- arent good enough
- pretty enough
- smart enough
- we don’t belong
- are not doing a good job
- not well respected
- are under appreciated
Which brings doubt in your capabilities to perform confidently.
But I’m here to let you know that you are enough. You’re a great mom. You have the power to change anything in your life for the better.

Visualization techniques have been used by from to visualize their desired outcomes for ages.
Visualization is seeing yourself in through your eyes in situations that have yet to occur.
For example, if you want another child, then you will visualize yourself pregnant, the smells that make you sick, when you are lying down, how your body looks, and how the body feels in this process. You are making the images of your life real in your mind.
Make sense? I know pregnancy is not that easy, but its an example most mothers can relate too.
By creating this image in your mind, you are telling the universe what you want and taking the actions to get there.

- practice daily to get better
- use guided meditation if you are a beginner
- focus on your breathing
- let your mind go
- have the intention- visualization, relaxation, focus, reduce stress, tap into the inner self.

Vision boards are an easy way to figure out what you want in life. These boards contain images and words that resonate with things you want to attract.
