1. UNDERSTAND ITS OK NOT TO BE OK
It’s ok not to be ok means that it’s okay to feel down, stressed, or unhappy at times.
We all have moments where we’re not our best selves with negative thoughts and self doubt.
The important thing is that we recognize these moments and give ourselves the space to feel them.
This doesn’t mean that we wallow in self-pity or stay in our negative state for extended periods of time.
But it does mean that we accept these feelings as a natural part of life and allow ourselves to feel them.
This also allows us to be more understanding and compassionate towards ourselves and others.
Many people adapt to the belief that they shouldn’t want more and be satisfied with their lives.
That mindset is dangerous because it keeps us feeling stuck and lessens our drive.
Well, that story is only partly true. Yes, you should show gratitude, and yes, you should be present with the life you have. However, not being content where you are is ok. It’s ok to want more and do something about it.
When we think we shouldn’t want more out of life, we end up getting stuck and staying where we are – which may not be a good thing. On the other hand, when you think, “I should be happy within the life I created for myself, and there is nothing to change,” – you stop growing and actually get to a place where you accept less than your best.
Life can be challenging, but that is precisely why it’s crucial for us to grow and evolve every single day. That doesn’t mean we should let life bring us down either; we should work towards excellence while staying positive and grateful about
But, if you can learn that it’s okay to want more out of life, then this will open up your potential for greatness!
Those Who Don’t need/want to Change
Now don’t get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with being content. There could be many reasons they are happy (content) with their current situation.
- They are doing better than the people around them. In this case, when you are an idol to others then why would you want to change your life at all. To them and their friends, they made, and that’s cool.
- It’s their season for happiness. Every point in your life may not be…that get more… strive harder mentally. It may be to take a break and smell the roses. For example, they have tried so hard to have a baby, and finally, it come true. Then everything for that moment revolves around their blessing. Cool
- It’s not their personality. Yes, I believe certain personalities are always looking for more while others are like hey I’m just living day by day.
Those Desire MORE in Life
There are many different ways to find your “more”.
You could find it through a new career, relationship, or hobby. The most important thing is that you don’t let yourself get too comfortable with where you are in life.
Getting comfortable and not striving for more is not me and more than likely you’re here because that’s not you either.

2. Declutter Your Life & Eliminate Distractions
If you’re looking to make a change in your life, the first step is to get organized.
There are many different ways to get organized and achieve growth in your life. Here are a few of my favorite tips:
– Get rid of the things that no longer serve you. This could include old memories, bad habits, or anything that is holding you back from moving forward.
– Declutter your house and life. This will make room for new things to come into your life and help you to focus on your goals.
– Create a plan and stick to it. Having a plan helps to keep you on track and motivated towards your goals.
– Set realistic goals for yourself and strive for excellence. Don’t let yourself get too comfortable with where you are in life – always be looking for ways to grow and improve.
– Take time each day to be grateful for what you have.
Live life in the present moment and don’t worry about living too much in the past or future. If something is bothering you, focus on it until you’ve figured out a solution so that it no longer distracts you from your goals.

– You’ll feel more in control of your life and less stressed.

– It will be easier to find things.

Become more productive at work or school.
– Take notes in your planner about what you need to do each day.
– Make a list of tasks that can be checked off, so that you feel like you’re accomplishing things rather than wasting time.
Being more productive will help you focus on growing instead of wasting time, which is key to success.
The secret to being more productive is finding what works for you, whether an app or a new planner. For example, some people prefer doing things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper, while others use apps on their phones.
You may need to figure out the best way for you to do things. But at least make sure you’re organized so you can focus on achieving your goals rather than wasting time.

3. Things to Focus on to Change your Life and increase Success
Define what success means to you.
Success does not look the same or feel the same for everyone. Therefore, it would be best to define what success means to you personally to achieve it.
- Success is different for everyone
It’s better to ask yourself why you want success in the first place rather than what success will look like. For example, someone might set a goal of being paid $75000/year because they need a specific amount of money to live a certain lifestyle. If that was your reason for wanting success, you should set a new goal. Why? Because having $75000/year or more might not make you happy if you don’t like the lifestyle that goes along with it.
- Why do we want success and what is success
If you know why you want to achieve success and what it will look like to you, then chances are it will be easier for you to achieve it.
For most people, success takes a lot of time and effort, so make sure that you’re not putting deadlines on yourself that are too soon. It’s better to take your time and do things right than rush through them and have to go back and redo them. But be mindful of perfectionist traits and do things to keep you busy instead of productive.
Strive for a financially free life (no debt, my friend).
There are a lot of reasons why financial freedom is essential. For one, it gives you the ability to do what you want with your life without worrying about money. It also allows you to be independent and not rely on anyone else for financial support. And finally, it provides peace of mind and security.

Personal Core Values
Get clear on your values. Have a healthy and loving family with respectful, intelligent, honest, god-believing children.
Values are a set of beliefs that a person holds dear. They can be personal or professional and can vary from individual to individual. Some common values include integrity, honesty, respect, and family.
Values are what you stand for, and they’re usually something that’s important to you.
One of the best ways to be successful is to have a set of non-negotiable core values. That way, you know exactly what will make your life worthwhile instead of wasting time on things that don’t matter.
For example, if someone’s core values are respect and kindness, then they know that success to them is helping people. As a result, they can use their time to volunteer at a homeless shelter or a rest home because these things will help them feel like they’re making a difference.
You also need to ensure that you have values that aren’t mutually exclusive, such as humility and pride. Having values that conflict with each other makes it harder for you to achieve success because you’re trying to balance two different things.
And even though the family is important, if your core values aren’t in line with your career choices, it will be hard for you to build a successful life around them. So think about what’s really important to you and what you’re willing to do to achieve it.

4. MAKE SACRIFICES EVEN WHEN YOU FEEL AS THOUGH it’s HARD
In order to make a quick change in your life, you MUST give up those guilty pleasures.
This is the moment you cry about the things you are about to give up.
If you have a goal to get your body in shape, rid of the baby fat, and have a six-pack stomach, (I’ll settle for one pack). Then you can’t simply hope, visualize and wish for things to change.
You must get rid of the thing standing in your way. Which maybe be sugar, late-night snacking, or not being active.
I am aware of the conversation that you have with yourself about how much you love sweets. Or that having only one won’t hurt.
But your disciplined side needs to tell you “this will go straight to your stomach”. The discipline part has to be strong enough to refrain you from guilty pleasures.
And the goal of your snatched body has to stay in your mind so you can change your life and not be tempted to deter from your goal.
You are at the point where you are tired of telling yourself that WILL do it and just want to DO IT.
Do you want another stream of income? Start your side hustle and stop watching TV or strolling social media.
5. Eliminate Negative Habits + Behaviors that No Longer Serve You
Negative habits are things that we do regularly that aren’t good for us, such as eating junk food, smoking, or not getting enough exercise. They can be tough to break, but it’s worth it in the long run.
One of the best ways to break a negative habit is to replace it with a positive one. For example, if you’re trying to break the habit of scrolling social media, then set a limit on your phone and replace it with the habit of exercising. This will help keep your mind and body healthy, and will make it easier to break the negative habit in the long run.
I am not saying it will be easy, but if you want your life to change, you have to do things differently.
If you’re unwilling to sacrifice the bad for the good then there is no chance of ever having what you desire most in life. It’s just that simple. And this principle of sacrifice applied yourself to things that are not adding to your life.
You must find the discipline within you to change your life for the better.
Read self-help books to advance your mind, book a strategy session with ya girl, and if you love social media then follow people who can help you get to the next step and offer motivation toward your goal. 3. MAKE THE TIME
This kinda sounds like making sacrifices, but then some people say they don’t have a problem sacrificing things in their life.
Instead, they state that their issue is finding the time. Well….time is not given.
Time is the only thing that you can not buy, save, or share. So treat it like money and audit it so you can know where it’s going.
You have to make THE TIME to change your life and tell yourself a new version of your story.
Eliminate the self-doubt and the belief that keeps you from your six-figure business. Also, learn how to manage the kids, be in school, and/or have a full-time job.
In addition, be aware of the things that can keep you stuck like having a perfectionist mindset. You know the person who appears to be moving but in reality, they are really not going anywhere.
Otherwise, it sounds like the only thing you do have time for is making excuses!! Stop.
Today, I want you to stop making excuses and start creating solutions.
If you have a full-time job then finding 10 mins a day should go toward your business. That’s over 1 hr a week so 4-5 hr a month. It’s like saving pennies..eventually, they add up.

Ok so I’m an introvert, but that doesn’t mean I rather watch Netflix alone with hot chocolate. Ok, that does sound good, but that’s not the point.
If you want to be wealthy and leave your children a legacy. Oh and that’s my baby girl name. Pun intended.
Then you need to get out of your comfort zone and speak up.
You ever heard the saying “a closed mouth doesn’t get fed?” It means if you don’t ask for food then no one will know you’re hungry so you won’t eat. Therefore, if you don’t ask for what you want, you can’t expect to get it.
So if you want something or need something then learn to Speak up and ASK. There are plenty of times when I had to force myself to ask questions whether on FB or to a stranger on Linkedin about a job.

I recommend Audible if you’re like me and sometimes you just don’t have the time to sit down and read a good book. 5. ORGANIZE YOUR LIFE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE
Nothing gets creative people more frustrated and unmotivated more than disorganization.
This year is the time to organize your life, home, and mind.
You can’t possibly bring in a new love with baggage and clutter from your previous relationships.
Or find time for a side hustle when you don’t know if you’re coming or going.
There is no way you can find a moment or space to create when your house needs to be decluttered. And there are toys and laundry everywhere.

6. Focus on Manifesting the Sh*t out of Goals
Ok, so you can set goals, start them and not see yourself go anywhere.
Most people don’t realize what you believe is as important as what you do.
You will collaborate with the world instead of battling against it if you concentrate on your confidence in yourself, your life purpose, and your action steps.
Remember BELIEF + ACTION = RESULTS!
A few quick things you do get motivated and manifest your dream life.
- Make an online vision board
- Understand the Law of Attraction
- Use Quotes to overpower negative self-talk
- Get ahold of your emotional triggers. It the 1 thing that most people don’t handle but cant figure out why they are anger which lowers your vibration.
