3. Has Eliminated Mom Guilt

The guilt that we moms face is a real and tangible emotion. We may feel inadequate when attempting to juggle our roles as mothers, workers, and self-carers. Or experience doubt in ourselves for not spending enough time with our kids. Being compassionate towards ourselves is an essential part of the journey. Letting go of guilt by setting realistic expectations of ourselves can help us focus on our strengths, and make parenting a more enjoyable experience. With a healthy balance of self-care, work and family life, we can be great moms.

Successful moms understand that respecting both motherhood and self-love. They don’t suffer from mom guilt because they have achieved mental and emotional balance in their lives. This balance helps them prioritize both their children’s needs and their own.
They also know that it is perfectly okay to take time for themselves without feeling guilty about it.
The key here is to communicate effectively with your family and make sure everyone understands how important self-care is, not only for you but for them as well. Teaching and showing children the importance of loving themselves and taking moments for themselves are important.
This will help reduce any feelings of guilt and allow you to fully enjoy the moments you spend with your children without any distractions or stress because everyone is on the same page and building emotional intelligence along the way.
This is truly freeing and what is considered conscious parenting.
Once I realized the guilt of taking care of yourself comes from old wounds that needed to be addressed, it changed everything.
“I don’t believe in guilt, I believe in living on impulse as long as you never intentionally hurt another person, and don’t judge people in your life. I think you should live completely free.”

Rules to follow when starting your journey
It’s important to take control of your mindset around money. This was my last lesson, which helped my finances more than you could imagine. Our beliefs affect how we spend, save, and create wealth for ourselves. Reflect on your beliefs about money and any limiting thoughts you may have surrounding it. Then, challenge and replace those thoughts with more positive and empowering ones. Speak affirmations to yourself daily and visualize your financial goals. Trust in the power of manifestation and attract abundance into your life.

Moms who are successful in life make sure their jobs don’t consume their lives.
Creating the balance in-between can often be challenging to achieve, but with the right approach, it’s possible.
Here are a few tips to help you achieve a successful work-life balance like a family command center.
Time Block Planner for Organizing Schedule

To greatly benefit, use a calendar, coloring pencil, and map out your Monthly, Weekly, and Daily schedule. Allocate time for family, exercise, self-care, personal growth, etc., while keeping it phone-free.
6. Set both Realistic and Bold Goals

Successful Moms don’t only make SMART (“Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-oriented” goals, but they act on them.
She doesn’t let the bigger picture freeze her in her tracks or hinder her progress toward bigger goals. She knows how to break large goals into small bite-sized goals. She makes goals so high she gets butterflies in her stomach because The Only Time You Are Actually Growing Is When You’re Uncomfortable.

7. Positive village/ Soul tribe

Successful moms understand the importance of a positive relationship with their partner, family, and soul tribe. They know that surrounding themselves with positive people who support them is crucial for their well-being. They also make an effort to build strong connections through communication and quality time spent together.
Real success isn’t limited to monetary security or having the perfect job. It involves taking time out of your day to cultivate meaningful relationships with those that you care about most. And creating boundaries around people who do not wish the best for you.
8. She wakes up Early

She wakes up early for clarity and balance.
Successful moms understand the importance of taking control of their mornings by waking up early. It gives you the opportunity to start your day with a clear mind and set intentions for what you want to accomplish.
Waking up early also allows for more time in the day to get things done, whether it be completing tasks at work or spending quality time with family. It sets a positive tone for the day and helps to avoid feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

9. She’s Grounded and Centered

Even when life gets crazy busy, successful moms always find a way to realign themselves. There are so many ways to find that balance, like meditation, prayer, breathwork, yoga, or even journaling.
Once I started meditating consistently, so many things changed. If you are not into meditation, start with grounding techniques or take a Mindful course to get out of your head and into your body.
Something I also swear by is journaling. It lets you quickly jot down what really matters and bring some positive vibes into your life. Plus, journaling is a great way to connect with yourself and tune in to your intuition.

1o. Successful Mindset
In an interview with Harvard Business Review, Carol Dweck explains how different mindsets can affect your true potential.
She clarifies by stating, “Let me start with a fixed mindset. A fixed mindset is when people believe their basic qualities, their intelligence, their talents, their abilities, are just fixed traits. They have a certain amount, and that’s that. But other people have a growth mindset. They believe that even basic talents and abilities can be developed over time through experience, mentorship, and so on. And these are the people who go for it. They’re not always worried about how smart they are, how they’ll look, what a mistake will mean. They challenge themselves and grow”.
Successful people grow. They’re open to change, stepping out of their comfort zone, and learning from failures. As a mom, you can turn the same obstacles that slow you down into fuel to keep going. For instance, some may not start pursuing their personal desires and taking chances because they feel they don’t have time due to having kids. However, another mom with a different mindset may strive for opportunities and take chances because her family is what motivates her.
11. Diversifies her income

Having multiple income streams is key to financial security. Relying solely on a 9-5 job won’t cut it if you want to succeed in life. What if something happens and you lose that salary? That’s why diversifying your income sources is crucial. It helps maintain your lifestyle even if one stream fails.
Plus, it’s easier to achieve financial freedom with extra cash coming from different sources. Don’t let a single paycheck limit your success – diversify! Successful moms know the importance of diversifying their income.
There are side hustles and passive ways to do this, like writing a book, investing in real estate, driving for Uber, turning a passion into profit, or offering something to sell.
12. Remains Resourceful

Successful Moms are Resourceful: they have the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.
TIME, MONEY, EDUCATION, or LACK OF SUPPORT (knowing the right people, getting advice from others who have been there, accountability partner)
Based on that answer, how can you become more resourceful? How can you use what you have to get what you want?
There is always someone who is missing something and still makes moves.
Tony mentioned he grew up poor and with limited resources, but he was resourceful.
You can become more resourceful by tapping into existing resources that are available to you. This could include leveraging relationships, utilizing skills or talents, and taking advantage of free tools like the Internet. You can use these resources to create your own opportunities, such as starting a side hustle or selling products online. You should also find ways to save money, such as budgeting and cutting back on unnecessary expenses.
Build a support system. Since my husband and I don’t have family here in Maryland, we’ve created our own village with trusted neighbors. We take turns with school drop off and pick up, have fun house parties, babysit for each other, and even go on family trips together.
