KNOW WHAT YOUR GOALS ARE IN LIFE
One important step to happiness is setting goals.
But not just any goals– your goals should be based on what makes you happy.
Think about what activities make you lose track of time, what brings a smile to your face, and what makes you feel most fulfilled. Once you have a good idea of what makes you happy, you can start setting some goals.
Do the goals you set make you happy?
Achieving happiness often requires setting goals and taking action to complete them.
But what kind of goals should you set to be happy?
The answer may vary from person to person, but some general principles can guide you in the right direction.
Specific and Realistic
First, your goals should be specific and realistic.
Vague or unattainable goals are more likely to lead to frustration than happiness.
Personal values and interests.
Second, your goals should be based on your personal values and interests. Pursuing goals in line with your core values will help you feel more fulfilled and satisfied.
Respect the Journey
Third, don’t forget to enjoy the journey as you work towards your goals.
Setting and achieving goals can be a rewarding experience in itself, so respect the process and don’t get too caught up in the end result.
Finally, use the law of attraction strategies to strengthen your pursuit.

What I learned
Where I grew up, there were times when everything in my life seemed dim.
As if the light had been turned off for good, and all that would remain was negativity and stress.
I lived in a low-income family where the streets were more challenging than school as a child.
I knew then as well, and now I know that my children will not have to worry about the neighborhood or feel hopeless.
This knowledge in me from the past has helped shape me into the empathetic, understanding, and powerful woman I am today.
Our past trauma and pain can positively shape our future.
Setting goals and Mindset is the key to success, and I’ve been able to use these strategies for years. Master’s in Public Health student turned married into a healthy relationship with three healthy kids? Check! Homeowner and investor property holder too- can you say income streams?! Car paid off, + driving around town in your own vehicle feels terrific!! And my newest addition is becoming debt-free from college loans!
I share this because I wholeheartedly feel that anything is possible with the right strategies and mindset.
And the key is belief for the manifesting process to work, so I’m going to tell you to get out your goals use manifestation, and see what happens.
Before jumping into the eight areas, let’s clarify some things first.
step 1: Evaluate your Life
One thing I like to do is check my life balance on the Life Wheel. It’s an excellent way for me personally, as it helps ensure that all aspects of my life are being taken care of and not left undone during this journey called “life!”
Download this worksheet to fill out goal setting with the wheel of life.
It’s a good start if you don’t know what areas of your life need improvement. Or if you feel off-balanced but don’t understand why.
Use this tool to uncover areas in your life that need improvement.
How to Use the Tool
The wheel of life is a popular tool that can be used to rate different areas of your life from 1-10.
It’s a great way to get a snapshot of how you’re doing and identify areas that need improvement.
Are you happy with your career?
Do you have a good work/life balance?
Are you in a relationship that makes you feel fulfilled?
These are all important questions to answer, but it can be tough to know where to start. So that’s where the wheel of life comes in.
Simply divide a piece of paper into ten sections and label each section with an area of your life that’s important to you (e.g., work, family, health, etc.). Then, rate each area on a scale of 1-10, with one being the lowest and ten being the highest. Once you’ve done this, you’ll have a good idea of which areas of your life need some attention.
If you find that your wheel of life is heavily weighted toward one area, don’t worry – it’s normal for there to be some imbalance. However, if you find that several areas are neglected, it might be time to make some changes in your life.
I believe there is always room for improvement but striving for perfection is not the answer.

Step 2 Achieve Life Balance
Balance is an “even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady.”
Everyone’s definition of a “balanced life” is different, but there are some common denominators that we can all strive for.
Achieving balance means creating a life where you feel good physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
It means having time for the things you love, whether that’s your family, your friends, your hobbies, or your career. And it means taking care of yourself so that you can show up as your best self in all areas of your life.
Creating balance is not always easy, but it’s worth the effort.
When you’re in balance, you’ll have more energy, more clarity, and more happiness.
You’ll be able to give more to your family and things you love without sacrificing your own wellbeing.
So how do you create a balanced life?
Start by taking a close look at how you’re currently spending your time and energy. What feels out of alignment?
What makes you feel triggered or drained?
What would bring more peacefulness into your life?
The end goal is to…
- Feel steady and complete.
- Set well-rounded goals
- Identify different areas of your life that need more attention.
- Fill in gaps so you can attain the goals you envision.
- Make small changes in the areas that need attention
- Be patient with yourself as you create the life you really want to live.

Step 3 Create Your future with Manifestation
Now, the wheel of life alone can’t create your ideal future. But it is a tool that can help you take the necessary steps to do so.
Creating your future with manifestation may sound like a bit of woo-woo for some, but the truth is that it’s a powerful tool that can help you create the life you want. The law of attraction states that like attracts like.
So, if you’re constantly focused on negative thoughts, you’ll attract more negativity into your life.
On the other hand, if you focus on positive thoughts and feelings, you’ll attract more positivity.
Not to get mixed it up with toxic positivity.
The key to manifestation is to focus on what you want, not what you don’t want.
It’s also important to take action steps toward your goals. Just sitting around and visualizing what you want won’t make it happen. But if you put in the work and stay focused on your goals, you can manifest anything you desire.

8 MUST HAVE AREAS TO SET GOALS IN LIFE
Rate your life based on the categories below and shade in the sections. And feel free to create your own categories.
Then set goals in each area.
1. SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING GOALS
This section defines your relationship with God and/ or connection with the universe.
You would define the definition of spirituality whether it means religion, such as going to a church, synagogue, or mosque.
Or have a more personal meaning, such as private prayer, yoga, meditation, quiet reflection, or even long walks.
Whatever form it takes, setting a spiritual goal can help to bring greater meaning and purpose to your life.
Pursuing a spiritual goal can also help you to connect with others who are like-minded and your soul community.
It can be easy to forget what matters most to you in today’s fast-paced world.
But by taking the time to focus on your spirituality, you can keep yourself grounded and centered even in the midst of chaos. Are you ready to set a spiritual goal for yourself? Are you going through a spiritual awakening?

2. HEALTH GOALS
Achieving a health goal can seem like a daunting task, especially with kids, but it is important to remember that even small changes can make a big difference.
Like any journey, the key is to take things one step at a time.
Start by setting a realistic goal and making a plan for how you will reach it.
Then, focus on making healthy choices each day.
Or you are even doing something like intuitive eating, getting regular exercise, and getting enough sleep.
Every little bit counts! And don’t forget to celebrate your successes along the way. Before you know it, you will be well on your way to achieving your health goal!
So rate your health category one as poor health and ten as optimum health.

3. MONEY GOALS
Many people think that making more money is the key to financial success, but that’s not necessarily true.
It’s not about how much money you make; it’s about how you manage the money you have.
If you want to get your finances in order, you need to start by changing your mindset about money. Many people think of money as a source of stress and anxiety, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
Money is just a tool that can help you achieve your goals and live the life you want. So, if you want to improve your finances, start by changing your mindset about money. View it as a tool that can help you achieve your goals instead of a source of stress and anxiety. Once you change your perspective, you’ll be on your way to financial success.
Understand money is energy, and it’s just a tool to get you what you want.

4. SELF-CARE GOAL
As moms, we often get so caught up in taking care of everyone else that we forget to take care of ourselves.
Self-care means taking the time out of our busy lives to focus on our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
It can involve taking a few minutes each day to check in with ourselves, setting aside time for journaling, hobbies, and activities we enjoy, or simply getting enough rest.
Self-care can include finding your purpose or learning to slow down.
My journey from chaos to peace
I often think about how different my life is now compared to when I was younger.
I grew up in a household that was constantly filled with chaos and drama.
As a result, I developed a sense of fight-or-flight that has followed me into adulthood.
Over the years, I’ve learned to cope by staying busy and filling my schedule to capacity.
However, this lifestyle was not sustainable and ultimately led to my burnout.
It wasn’t until I learned about the concept of divine femininity that I began to embrace the importance of stillness.
Divine femininity is about honoring the feminine energy within us all.
It’s about listening to our intuition, setting boundaries, and RESPECTING our need for downtime.
Learning to tap into this energy has helped me to find more peace and balance in my life. It has also allowed me to be more present with my kids and enjoy the moments we share together. And a better intuitive coach.

5. FUN & RELAXATION GOAL
When it comes to family time, it’s all about finding the balance between work and play. That means making time for a vacation once a year for some families.
It might mean setting aside an evening each week for game night for others. The important thing is that you find what works for your family and make the time to enjoy each other’s company.
Of course, that’s not always easy. With three kids in different stages of life, it can be challenging to find activities that everyone enjoys. But it’s worth the effort.
Spending quality time with your family is one of the best ways to create lasting memories and build strong relationships.
So don’t be afraid to get creative and have fun with it. After all, that’s what family time is all about.
One trip that all our kids and adults love is the Disney cruise.
6. CAREER / BUSINESS GOALS
Do you need to set career goals, or are you happy with your current position?
It’s weird because in 2017, if you asked me what I rate my career on the wheel, it would have been a 9.
However, this 2018 things began to change. Thanks to the new baby and the blog, I changed my outlook and wanted more from my career.
Then after 2020, my entire outlook and values changed. I was no longer striving for financial freedom. And serving others and working for myself became my purpose. So I left in 2021 to follow my dreams.

7. FAMILY & FRIENDS GOAL
It’s so easy to get caught up in our busy lives and forget to make time for the people who matter most to us.
We might send a text or like a post on social media, but we often forget to actually pick up the phone or make plans to see our loved ones in person.
Quality time is so important for our relationships. It gives us a chance to reconnect and share experiences together. When we take the time to truly engage with our family and friends, we build stronger bonds that can last a lifetime.
So make an effort to put down your phone and spend some quality time with the people you care about. You’ll be glad you did!
8. LOVE GOALS
How satisfied are you in your love life?
I get not everyone is looking for love, but are you happy? If so, then rate it based on how you feel.
If you are in love or have a boo, then find the number that reflects your current situation.
Ok, a secret that I never really share….. But, I am the go-to person in my family and friends for striving for complete happiness in this area. It’s not because they believe my love life is perfect, so I have all the answers, but because I can understand what people usually can not.
For instance, if you are married and want more from your married, I offer suggestions based on both wife and spouse’s needs.
I continue to tell others that marriage is not a competition.
And you should not be sharing your spouse’s downfall in order to get more people on your side. In fact, you should be playing on the same team and looking at strategic ways to create a united team.
Ok, I can go on forever…
